	Description: looking for a section 8 house for my family I live in Maine, right now and have been living here in a house with barn and 2 acres, I have been here 2 years,at this address. I have a patio, porch, that i winterize , and also have painted, patched holes, and my landlord here is amazed at how nice i take care of the place. My ex was a painter, and i also do gardening, and lawn care,I'm a big OCD with clean, I paid 600.00 deposit, and rent to move in which i will get back because i have improved the place allot, I have a mastiff dog he's beautiful,been fixed and I have never had any problems with, him chewing, biting, or potting in the house EVER!! my neighbors or mailman, oil man, anything, he is not a barker, nor aggressive in any way shape of form, he's been fixed always up to date on all shots, and city tags, his prior owner was disabled, So he is a well mannered dog. he's about 85 pd. I have a cat which is a Russian blue, he's grey and has been fixed, and all so not a scratch-er or sprayer, or any of that, my animals are very well mannered.If I can't find a place that will allow them, I can look else where. i have a daughter, and a grand baby. so we need a 3 bedroom. we would like to find a place quiet, nice to relax, and get on our feet! My daughter is 22, and wants to do schooling, but we need a change of scenery. Maine is cold, but very beautiful, and My family is original from here, raised on a milk farm. but the snow,and grey in winter, and Maine is the highest taxed state in the country, for you car, house, food, anything. I've been looking at area's in the US to move and Hawaii, Honolulu came up as one of the ten best places to live. so I thought I would give out a shout to get idea's.I don't know what section 8 pay's for a 3 bedroom and what your average prices are for 3 bedroom house in Maine your looking at at least $1000.00 or more, depending on if that includes utilities, or none at all. my does not included my utilities so i pay heat, electric, phone,internet( because i can't get sat lite or cable out here), trash removal, snow removal.I am 42, and have experiences with computers, art, and animal's, and law. I have lived in the past in Ohio, Virginia, and Maine i have been here in Maine again, for 6 years. I love it, but we need a good change. I have lots of family here,and friends, but I would like to see and try live in another area, as they say sometimes change is good, I have had no background, or criminal history, I've worked in the past for Bank Corporations, Collection agency's, and Juvenile court systems.

	Description: I am a single mother of 3 seeking a home to rent long term beginning October 1,2012. I currently have a section 8 HCV. I have been on the program for several years. I am a christian woman and am currently a foster parent in Michigan. I also am in the process of adoption. I have a very clean background and would easily pass a background screen. I do not drink, smoke or do any type of drugs. I am looking for a place to live where the children and I can be safe, happy and begin our next chapter in life. My oldest daughter is interested in attending college at University of Hawaii. My children and I are very close and would love to be in an area where there are many things for us to do together. Someplace that is within a few miles to a beach would be wonderful as well, I am also seeking a location that has a good school district. I do have a vehicle in the event that I am unable to find a home close to everything. I thank you very much for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing from you soon. As I am moving from Michigan I realize that it may be a slightly time consuming process but I do plan to come to view housing options in August or September to do any Section 8 paperwork for the move.
