Description: Hello, my husband and i moved here from michigan back in july, we live in a duplex in plankinton at the moment, we would like to move to mitchell closer to my husbands work, he works at Hendrickson, we signed a yrs lease which will be up in july, we do not want to stay here any longer, everything is electric, we are paying anywhere between $300-$350 for our heat, this is an older duplex, therefore the registers are on the base of the walls, we need to be closer to town and his job, we have 1 child who will be 10 this year, we also have a cat, and 2 dogs, i had rented from the same landlord for 18 yrs back in michigan we hated to leave but there is no jobs in michigan so that is why we moved here, please take all this into consideration and help us find a nice rental where we may have our animals they are a big part of our family.
